Typical turnaround time for custom orders depends on the items. It can range from 4 to 8 weeks after we receive your materials.

**If you have an upcoming special occasion and need items quicker than the projected completion date, please let me know prior to placing your order. An additional rush fee will need to be purchased along with your custom order. I will do my best to accommodate your requests, but we have to know these dates before placing your order.

Treat all fabric pieces like you would your delicate clothing. If necessary, a mild detergent can be used and let the piece air dry. Do not soak/leave in water.

Standard shipping is through USPS First Class Mail. Larger items are shipped via UPS. Please make sure your address is correct, up-to-date and a deliverable address. Returned shipments due to insufficient addresses will result in additional shipping costs.

If an insufficient address is provided we will be in contact with you prior to shipping. If no response by the completion date your order will be canceled.

Payment in full is due before custom orders (or any orders) will be completed. Once your custom order comes through, I will be in touch with all the details you'll need including how and where to ship your materials.

Orders must be placed prior to shipping your clothing items or fabrics to my studio. No clothing items will be accepted without an order. Once your order comes through I'll be in touch within 24 hours with all the details you'll need, including how and where to ship your clothing items.
