Due to the digital nature of my designs (cutting files, digital paper, etc.), there is no way to “return” a downloaded file, so there will be NO refunds or exchanges- all sales are final once downloaded, unless you purchased 2 of the same file by mistake.

While I am always happy to help customers with any questions, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure he/she knows how to use Zip, SVG, and or PNG files before purchase. It is also their responsibility to know which software is needed to open and use these files, prior to making a purchase.

All files come in ZIP folders for faster downloading. On most computers you can double-click to extract zip folders. You can also use the following third party programs: (Windows) Winzip, 7zip, Jzip (Mac) The Unarchiver, Stuffit Expander
