The Extra Small X/S will fit up to:

Length: 53.5” (136 Cm)
can be up to 2" longer, see below
Bust: 34.5” (88 cm)

The S / M would fit:
hips: 43'' (109 cm)
length: 53'' (135 cm) - can be up to 2" longer , see below
Bust: 38.5" (98cm)

The M / L would fit:
hips: 48'' (122 cm)
length: 55.5"(142cm) - can be up to 2" longer , See below
