Whole process of ordering was easy, the rack arrived on time, the vendor was communicative (I have a strange address), and it was pretty dang easy to assemble and mount. Very happy with the results. (I painted ours black, so that's an option too).

Response from Kyle Emerick

Thank you very much for the positive feedback. I really appreciate it!

Overall I am very happy with this stand, it's exactly what I was looking for. It can easily hold twice the number of surfboards as advertised with the fins removed (I take mine off after every session). The rope design works very well for cradling the boards. If I have one complaint it's that the side boards are warping slightly with the tension of the rope. Not enough to look bad or jeopardize the overall structural integrity, but not ideal.

Response from Kyle Emerick

I appreciate the feedback, thank you.
