What Is Your Turn Around Time?

Our prints are typically posted within 1-2 working days. As each of our papercraft cards are handmade to order, we kindly ask that you allow at least 1 working day for your card to be made. Also, please allow for longer dispatch times around the busier times of year eg. Valentines and Christmas. We advise that you try to place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We’ll always do our best to post your order to you as quickly as possible, but if you need your order in a hurry please send us a message to see if we can get it sent to you sooner.

How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?

UK DELIVERIES You order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class and will usually arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch date. If you choose the Special Delivery option, your order is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Your order will be sent via Royal Mail International Delivery. Deliveries within Europe will usually arrive within 3-5 working days after the dispatch day whilst deliveries to Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand will typically take 5-7 working days to arrive. Please bear in mind that customs may cause additional delays.

Will My Order Be Tracked?

Orders sent via First Class and International Standard are not tracked. Please message us if you would like to upgrade your order to tracked delivery. For our UK customers who choose Special Delivery, your order can be tracked and we will let you know your tracking number when we confirm the dispatch.

Can You Send Directly To The Recipient?

Yes we can! We’re more than happy to send you card/print directly to the recipient, to save you time and postage costs! We can hand write your personal message in the card or include a gift note free of charge. Simply leave us a message with your request in the ‘Note To Seller’ box when you checkout, and remember to use the recipient’s address as the delivery address.

How Do I Request A Personalised Card?

We always welcome requests to personalise our handmade cards ...in fact we encourage you to personalise them to create THE perfect card and one-of-a-kind gift for someone! Just send us a message with your request to see if we can help. **Please note, it may not always be possible to personalise our printed cards - but please don't hesitate to ask whether we can :)
