Vintage Shrine Picture of Jesus Mary and Lambs, Handmade Catholic Art, Religious Wall Hanging, Mourning Picture, Christian Prayer Card

This religious folk art piece from around the 1950s is a vintage mourning picture or Catholic shrine.

It is made out of Christian prayer cards in a triptych style frame (it is stationary) of homemade pink and blue yo yo's with red silk flowers or poppies on bottom and colorful wooden beads on top. The back is pink satin. It has a hanger on top.

One prayer card is an image of the Mother Mary holding baby Jesus; another is an image of Jesus surrounded by the lambs; and the last is Sacred Heart Jesus. The middle card is slightly raised.

It would be an interesting addition to your Catholic art collection.

This religious wall hanging is in great vintage condition with signs of age such as overall fading and a couple of small specks of paint loss on the cards. Please use your zoom for a good look.
