Minnie Mouse High Chair Tutu With “O-N-E” Banner has yards and yards of premium red tulle. The black bling around the whole width of this tutu is sure to catch some admirers. There are 2 bows at each end of the tutu. They are made with red with white poker dots ribbon and have a acrylic gem in the center of the bow. To top it off with an " O-N-E " banner made with black, red & white glittered card stock. Each pennant is 5.5"x 6.5". The letters O-N-E are approximately 3". I used red twine to connect it to the tutu skirt.

The High Chair Tutu is approximately 34" wide by 14" long and fits most standard high chairs.

Minnie Mouse Inspired ” Happy Birthday “Banner is made from high quality black,red & white glittered card stock, Each pennant is 5.5" and the letters are approximately 3". There are 2 bows at each end of both banners. They are made with red with white polka dot ribbon and have a acrylic gem in the center of the bow. All the letters have foam adhesive squares to give it dimension. It is all held together using red twine and extra at each end to hang up.
