I can't adequately describe the emotions and tears I felt when I opened the box and saw this beautiful sculpture. My son was born at 26 weeks weighing a little over 2 pounds and spent 3 long and difficult months in the NICU, much of that time in an isolette. There's no describing how a mother feels to have to watch her tiny, fragile baby behind a pane of plexiglass and not be able to hold and protect them; you feel like your heart might break. The artist captured those raw feelings so perfectly and I will treasure this piece forever. Someday my son will be able to get a small glimpse of the emotions surrounding his beginnings. She was absolutely amazing to work with and was so dedicated to making sure everything was exactly right. I can't say enough how happy I am and will be looking forward to future purchases. Thank you again!

Love the artistry of this beautiful handmade piece! My baby was born 24 weeks and spent four months including our first Mother’s Day in the nicu, so when I saw this I absolutely wanted it for this Mother’s Day. It’s beautiful and was 100% worth waiting a few weeks for, I will treasure it forever as a reminder of my entrance into motherhood and my beautiful baby, once a pound and a half and now nearly 30!
