We do accept returns on some items within 7 days of delivery. Less original shipping. Returns must be in original condition, customized pieces that can not be relisted are not eligible for return. Return postage cost is not refundable/reimbursed.

Occasionally USPS Packages are Lost or Delayed, Especially during peak Holiday times. Regularly USPS delivers a Package in 2-3 days for East coast (we are in NJ) and 3-5 Days to the West Coast.

Reclaimed wood is lumber that has been previously used in the construction of a building or structure. Any wood that is recycled from the demolition or disassembly of a structure is reclaimed wood. This consists of all types of wood including common board, which is typically used in construction and consists primarily of softwoods like white pine. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a specific type of wood.

● These candleholders are wood. Faux flame candles are recommended.
● For real flame candles, Please exercise caution when using:
● If smoking occurs, extinguish the candle.
● Do not allow the flame to touch the side of the container.
● Never move your candle while it is burning or still hot.
● Never leave your candle unattended.
● Burn candles indoors, away from drafts, other heat sources, and any flammable objects or materials.
