- All orders will be shipped to the address you provide on the Etsy or PayPal during checkout. Please double check the address for accuracy as addresses cannot be changed once a package has shipped
- Please ensure a physical street address is provided as UPS does not ship to PO BOXES.

Due to the custom made to order nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your recent order from Urban Alloy please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. As per Etsy's Terms of Use forced returns are not accepted and no refunds will be issued for undeliverable or returned to sender packages.

We ensure to package all orders with great care. In the event that an items does arrive damaged please contact us immediately; no later than 3 days after delivery.
Please ensure to provide photographs of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
We will work with you to have a replacement item sent out as soon as possible.
Please do not dispose of the damaged item or the packaging as UPS/Canada Post may require these items to be picked up for inspection.

All of Urban Alloy's products are made with real wood and will have natural imperfections which make them unique and beautiful. Some parts of the wood are softer in composition than other areas and may absorb the stain more and appear darker. Each individual device can reflect colors differently, please keep this in mind when placing an order.
The natural variations in wood products include, but are not limited to the following:
- Wood grain pattern
- Color variations
- Hairline cracks
- Small dents or scratches which do not show the natural wood under the stain
- Knots
- Mineral Streaks
Due to the handmade nature of our products all dimensions are approximate and can vary by up to 1/2".

At Urban Alloy we strive to provide our customers with prompt order production and shipping. Due to the speed at which we begin processing orders we are unable to allow changes, alterations or cancellations to orders once they are placed. This includes but is not limited to color change requests, size change requests, etc. If you are interested in slight modifications to our current designs please contact us prior to order placement, requests left upon checkout will not be honored and items will only be shipped as advertised. If you have placed an order and would like to inquire about a change please message us immediately to see if we have started your order. We do not allow cancellations once we have began production on an order.

Absolutely 100%! All products we produce are protected with 2 coats of a matte/satin clear coat to ensure durability and longevity of our products. To maintain and clean any wood product ensure to only use a damp cloth as household cleaners can strip away the protective finish over time.
