Like our regular top hat, this fashionably current design is elegantly proportioned with flared edges and a strong curved brim. The Police Box Top Hat is made of a blue mellotan with a black suede brim that gives it luxurious appeal, this hat is finished with an embroidered suede leather belt and a silver buckle.

Crown is 3.625" high, measured from the side.

The Blonde Swan uses your head measurement to create the best fit for you. Using a tape measure, start one inch above your eyebrows (or 1 finger width above the tip of your ear) and go around the widest part of your head. Measure several times and if any doubts then have a friend help you!
