Very sadly this seller never dispatched the item. I was given 2 different delivery dates with tracking, both of which showed the item wasn’t actually available for dispatch from the seller to the courier. Was meant to be a gift, with a gift message but in the end Etsy intervened to issue a refund. Seller tried to say a refund wasn’t an option as it was a bespoke order. That was news to me! Nothing about the order was bespoke, I was purchasing a listed item, listed as the last one. So all in all an untrustworthy seller from my experience. Communications were also poor.
