Shipping – Your jewelry will be insured and shipped express DHL at no charge. Shipping normally takes 4-7 business days. If you need your item sooner, you can upgrade to FedEx, which takes 1-2 business days. Please contact us for a quote.

Warranty – We offer a life time guarantee on everything we sell. We assure you that all our items are free from any manufacturing detects. If you find a problem with your jewelry, please contact us and mail it back for our examination. If it turns out that it is a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace you item at no charge to you.
