In the case when the parcel can not be delivered to you (the most common reasons: Addressee not available, Address is incorrect, Unclaimed and etc) and then the parcel returned to me, you have 30 calendar days (counted from the date of return (when I receive)) to ask me to send a parcel again. In this case you need to pay shipping costs again.
After a certain time if you didn’t ask me to send it again - your parcel will be destroyed.

2) watch the track number
3) promptly contact your national postal service if they can not deliver the parcel to you because of an incorrect address or absentee residence

➤ Due to the fact that Etsy forces sellers to offer free shipping for buyers, then, as you know, nothing is free and the shipping price in this case is simply included in the price of the items.

➤ Therefore, if you want to exchange / return item (each item is custom-made and made to order), I will have to hold a Restocking Fees to cover shipping charges.

➤ Restocking fees for 1 item – 15 Eur for non EU countries, 12 Eur for EU. Each additional item +1 Eur to restocking fees.

➤ Item(s) must be in original/unused condition and in the original packaging.

Some Quick Tips for caring for the bracelets:

1. Avoid to wet the bracelets,
2. Remove the bracelets before doing sports, physical work, before taking a bath/shower/swimming, before going to sleep.
3. Do not keep the bracelets (after wearing) in direct sunlight - put it in the bag, for example.
4. Avoid hitting chemicals/perfume on the bracelets.
5. If you find that the leather is starting to dry out or crack it may be time to moisturize the bracelet with leather dressing/leather cream.

You can clean the bracelest with glasses cleaning cloth (preferably) or paper handkerchief, without using any cleaners.
