All our art is insured against damage in shipping on your behalf as part of the fee you pay.

We do our best to quickly work with buyers that receive an item that is damaged.

We require photos of the damage.
Buyers will be responsible for filing or processing Damage claims.
We do require the buyer to take the damaged item and packing to the shipping company when requested if an inspection is needed.
We can not send a replacement if buyer refuses or fails to take package in for inspection.

We can not issue a refund or replacement until the claim is completed.

Any package shipped and returned the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and as all our art is made to order for you, a 50% restocking fee is applied.

Any art that states its a wall item... will have a wall mount location on back.

A square area with our company logo, it will safely rest over a standard screw or nail and hold the art flush to the wall when the screw / nail is properly mounted to the proper depth.

Heavier items are best to have the screw / nail installed to a stud, or to use a wall anchor. Mounting the art will be the same.

We show the "ESTIMATED SHIP TIME" of each item.

IT IS AN ESTIMATE.

Weather affects the production time.

Our SHIP TIME ESTIMATE is for the base white marble.
Other finishes can take longer.. metals like Bronze Patina etc could take longer.

ETSY does not have the ability to know the weather, our production loads and able to dynamically change the SHIP TIME ESTIMATES for all scenarios and to show SHIP TIME ESTIMATES for each color option.

Our white marble is a non painted surface finished in a proprietary way to look like white marble. It is how we produce our white marble finish.
As there are many variations of white marble, please do not assume it will look like your white marble expectation.

All other finishes are Faux, they are all hand painted and finished to reflect the desired color design.
