Received our ultra bed frame and bolster unexpectedly. I thought I was gonna receive this towards the end of the month because something happened. But I got it within 8 business days after ordering it. Heidi responds to my concern at a timely manner, I swear the best customer service I encountered. I received 2 boxes and it was well packaged. Ultra frame has weight to it and good quality. Despite the expensive shipping to Hawai’i, I’m in love with this product overall. Highly highly recommend.
