I was so impressed with the final product along with the customer service. I ordered an engraving of a photograph of my beautiful nephew with an inscription. It was perfect! Got this for my boss, who lost her dog to bone cancer. He was a pit bull, she trained and used him to teach others not to fear them. She received it today and said she was for once, speechless. She loves it! Wayne was such a delight to work with, so helpful and courteous. Did an outstanding job!
