(At the present time, we can only ship as big as 24" x 24") 2: If there is a font involved, please identify which font you would like. If you are unsure, please just let me know if you would like it in print or cursive. 3: Please state what finish you would like (ie. raw metal, rusted, paint color {hammered black, hammered silver, hammered copper, hammered brown, hammered red, })

Gift wrapping and packaging

If this will be a gift and will be sent directly to them, please let me know so I don't include the invoice in the packaging.

How big of signs can you make?

We can cut as big as 4 feet x 8 feet for local buyers but can only ship 24" x 24".

If I am local to you (Woodburn, Oregon) can I save on shipping and pick up my sign?

Yes! Absolutely. Message us for a coupon code for local pickup.

Do you ship out of the United States?

No. At this time we are not shipping out of the U.S. Sorry to disappoint.

What metals do you work with?

We currently use hot-rolled steel and cold-rolled steel (16 gauge - 1/16" thick). We are not currently working with any other metals (ie stainless steel, corten steel, aluminum)

FINISH:

• If you chose the "Raw Steel" variation, you will get the item as it comes off the machine (for an industrial look). Irregular scratches and inconsistencies in the metal may occur. Rust will likely occur on its own.

***At our shop we design the image on our software and use a CNC machine with a plasma torch to cut the design out. While we will do our best cuts may not be perfectly straight. In some designs what we call "bridges" are needed to keep certain parts of the letter or design in the cut-out. These bridges are not always shown on our initial designs but are necessary. Thank you for your understanding.***
