The basic clothes pattern may differ from the one on the toy in the picture.
I am always creative while making clothes for every toy, but at the same time as a basis I use basic clothes pattern for girls and boys. The pictures with already made toys, sewed according to my patterns, are given as examples for you to inspire, and to show how you may use the patterns while creating your own variants of clothes as well.

RECOMMENDED FABRICS
You can use any fabric. Be as creative as you like.
I used linen, but you can use whichever materials you like, cotton, plush, velour, fleece, etc.

You will need:

sewing machine;
needle;
thread;
toy stuffing
scissors;
doll needle (A long hand sewing needle);
Embroidery thread for the eyes and mouth or safety eyes
buttons (2 pieces x near 1.2 in (3 cm) for legs; 2 pieces x near 0.6 in (1,5 cm) for arms);
2 black small shank buttons near 0.4 in (1 cm) for eyes.
a strong cord near 0,12 in (3 mm) thick for arms and legs attachment;
Filler: polyester 18 oz (500 g).

Fabric:
-linen 24x32 inches (60 cm x 80cm) for toy as a photo. Also you can take cotton, linen, fleece, denim, corduroy, even baby clothes;
- Clothes for a girl (fabric fabric cotton, denim, linen, etc.) - a dress and a bonnet – 40 x12 inches (100cm x 30cm), pants - 12x20 inches (50cm x 30cm).
- Lace for the dress – near 24 in (60 cm) for every frill, 16 in (40 cm) for sleeves, near 32-35 in (80-90 cm) for the bonnet, 22 in (55 cm) for the pants.
- Clothes for a boy (fabric cotton, denim, linen, etc.) - trousers and a cap - 40 x12 inches (100cm x 30 cm), a shirt - 12x20 inches - (50cm x 30cm), lace for the shirt 20 in (50cm) (sleeves).
