Neon Signs: Generally need 3-6 working days after drawing confirmed. Please tell me if you have estimate delivery date. Wedding flowers: 5-7 days after purchase date.

2. How long for shipping?

Neon Signs: 5-14 working days by UPS/SF express/Fedex. (Due to COVID-19, shipping sometimes delay a few days) Wedding Flowers: 20-30 days for regular order, contact me if you need EXPRESS shipping.

3. Do you accept return or cancellation after order?

Due to custom nature, we DON NOT accept return or refund after payment. We will send replacement in soonest time if any damages incur during transit.

4.Do you support special custom orders?

Feel free to contact me for any request like need a message gift card, need more screws or any other request.

5.Do I need to pay the tax?
