Ferkos customer service is as always, unparalleled. There was a defect in my ring when they first made it, and instead of sending it off as some jewelers would have done, she apologized for the delay and advised they were remaking it to ensure its integrity. That’s true quality. I appreciate her and will continue to shop with her.
