At checkout select "embroidered label" for the added personalized name/birth date label option. I will send you a proof with the name and birth date after checkout. Shipping is 1-2 business days from the time the proof is approved. If you need the quilt quickly, please respond and approve the proof so as not to delay delivery. No returns are allowed for personalized quilts.

For baby quilts: Wash with cool water, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low heat. Do Not Bleach.
