I love this style of leather sandal. As far as communication goes, the seller let me know right away of an issue he had delivering the product as advertised. The soles for that product were out of stock. He offered to refund my money or to replace the soles with another style. The replacement soles were as good, if not better looking than the original offering. 👍👍
