Custom and personalized requests are welcome, as long as they're based on existing garments.

ELIRAN NARGASSI offer a variety of styles and sizes to make sure there is something for everyone. Each listing includes a size chart, please note that sizes are true to size! Make sure to check each size chart when ordering. In case you couldn't find your size or it's out of stock, cotact us and we'll do our best to help you! Please note that 90% of store items are MADE TO ORDER, make sure you order the correct size, returns are not accepted for made to order items.

Each garment has its own care instructions, you will receive the care instructions along with your order and also when your order is dispatched.

We accept wholesale orders, in case your interested in carrying the Eliran Nargassi brand in your boutique, contact us for more details.

Processing time & Shipping time

Since most items are made just for you, we ask for 1-8 weeks for production, depending on our order volume, though 80% of orders are dispatched before. In case you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we'll do our best to rush it for you! All orders are shipped by Priority Air Mail with tracking number or by an Express service by your request. Estimated Delivey Times to selected destinations by Priority Air Mail: USA, Canada, Europe, Japan: 5-10 days Australia and New Zealand: 14-21 days Sount America and Far East: 14-21 days Please note that during the holiday season (December), shipping times may delay and take longer than usual, upgrading to an express delivery is recomended if you need your order by christmas!

Express Shipping Upgrade

ELIRAN NARGASSI offer an express shipping upgrade with DHL (available at checkout), for most destinations your order will arrive within 2-3 business days after its been dispatched.

In case you're interested in returning or exchanging your item, NO PROBLEM! please let me know within 14 days of delivery. The items must return new with all tags, buyer pays the return shipping charge, returned items must be shipped by Air Mail with tracking number. Once the item will be returned, I will process the refund / exchange ASAP. shipping charges are not refundable.
