All items are shipped via normal mail without tracking at your own risk. Countries that are notorious in missing mails are Italy, south America, Russia, Africa and Asia should upgrade to registered mail. If you want to upgrade to tracking or expedited shipping which are Colissimo France Post about 5-10days and FedEX or DHL 2-3 days, please adjust the shipping choice in the cart before checkout. Remember to provide your telephone number for expedited shipping. You are responsible to track your own package for trackable shipping.

If you have any problem, please send photos as proof within 3 days of receiving the item not one week later.

Keep in mind that colors vary from from screen to screen. It is not good judgement as a actual color. In fact, this should be understood when purchasing from internet.

Frame is not provided. For the size of frame for the artwork of the vintage paper, here is the advise. The size of the paper measures about 7.8 x 11.5inch (19.8 x 29.2 cm). Just get any frame smaller than this size especially there are a lot of space on the top and the bottom which you can trim off. Please note that the image with text at the background is about 6.5 x 10 inch(16.5 x 25.4 cm).

If you like the white edges, then look for matted frame.

If the above suggestion is confusing, please go to a local frame shop and ask for their opinion and provide them the paper size and the image size. They would be the best to show you physical different choice of the frames.

All artworks are shipped from France. Some clients as far as US receive in 5 days. Some may be 2 weeks or longer. Shipping timing is just a reference and it is beyond my control. It really dépends on your own country's post efficiency.
