I do have a variety of cardstock colors available, other than what is shown on listings. They may not have been included in the choices yet, or I have a limited amount of some colors. If you’re looking for a specific color, you can absolutely contact me before ordering to see if I have the color you need.

Yes! Contact me with your needs and I can set up a custom order for you. Please include the size you would need, how many you need, the date you need it by, and any other details, so I can give you an accurate quote, and let you know approximate length of time it will take to complete before shipping.

Most orders are processed & shipped within 2-4 days. Exceptions are major holidays & weekends, if you've placed a very large order or special custom designing.

The average time of a First Class package to destinations in the US is 3-5 business days. International packages can take 2-6 weeks.

I will do my absolute best to have your order processed & shipped in time for your event, however, please understand that once a package has been mailed, the time it takes to arrive to you is beyond my control. During checkout, you will have options for various shipping methods. Please choose the one that will have your package to you in time for your event, as I am not responsible for the extra cost of Priority or Express mailing.

You can always contact me with questions about a design or customized item you need. I can do simple changes to items I already have listed, or take on a completely new design.
Depending on your needs, there may be a design fee charged that will range depending on the complexity of the project. Custom orders will need to be paid in full before I begin any work on it. Proofs/drafts will be sent for your approval at various stages of the process, and you can request any necessary changes during that time. Please understand that once a final draft has been approved by you for your custom order, no changes or cancellations can be done, and refunds cannot be given.

Returns may be accepted on a case by case basis. Please see individual listings for return policy.

- If a purchased item has been personalized/customized for you in any way, it cannot be returned.
- If a custom order was set up for you, it does not qualify for a return.

If I made a mistake with your order, please contact me IMMEDIATELY so we can discuss a solution, and have it corrected as quickly as possible.

Unless a mistake was made with your order, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you need to return something, you must contact me before doing so.

If you need more of an item than what is showing available, you can absolutely contact me to see if I have enough materials on hand for the item(s) you're needing. A custom order may be set up just for you if needing many of a single item.
