Refunds and restocking fee

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Before returning you need to contact us, within 2 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for all returns and postage fees. All returned goods are refunded minus the shipping fee. If there are no shipping costs, we apply 15% of the purchase price a restocking fee. ATTENTION: when returning goods from outside the European Union, we deduct the customs fee in the amount of €30. IMPORTANT: I make a refund only after receiving the parcel and checking if it meets our return requirements - unwashed, unworn, and with a tag.

If you want custom size tablecloths, napkins, beddings or enithing else, please contact me before making a purchase and I'll provide you with details and price. PLEASE ATTENTION: Custom sizes can't be returned.

My items are handmade in LITHUANIA (Europe). I need 3-5 working days to create your products. If you would like to receive your order quicker, please contact with me before ordering.

I cannot be responsible for any import taxes and customs duties you might incur. Sorry, but I do not control and cannot inform you what taxes you will have to pay, as they are different in each country. If in doubt, please contact your country's customs office for information.
