We are here to make sure you get the best quality star maps available. Our star map service is hand prepared. After we create your star map, we individually check and adjust each map to ensure it is of the highest standard. Rest assured you are buying from a reputable seller with expertise in preparing genuine star charts and art - as you will see from our feedback and sales.

Our Star Maps provide a great gift to celebrate a wedding, birth, anniversary, or other special occasions. We recreate the exact appearance of the night sky when viewed from the location and time you supply, using professional astronomy software. This can be in the future or in most cases a special moment in the past. The star chart that you see on the print is exactly as it would appear in the night sky with the constellations, planets and high resolution image of the milky way.

★HOW TO ORDER

★EXAMPLE
Please note - we will use an UPPERCASE/LOWERCASE layout as per our examples, unless you TELL us otherwise

1. TITLE*: The heading, example: 'LONDON' or 'OUR WEDDING DAY' .
2. SUBTITLE/PERSONAL MESSAGE*: Subtitle/message of your choice. If none is supplied we will omit it.
3. LOCATION*: Tell us the town or city (or Longitude Latitude if you know it) - Example New York, USA.
4. NAMES: Name of the Person/Couple/Child. If none are supplied we will omit it.
5. DATE: Date of the occasion (past or present) - Example 15th June 2015
6. TIME*: If you don't know or don't provide this we will default to using 10PM.

★GUIDANCE
*LOCATION: Used to create the map.
*TIME: the time is used for accurate mapping only, it isn't printed on the artwork.
*TITLE: If you do not specify a title we will use the town/city/landmark name specified in location
*SUBTITLE/MESSAGE: Short messages look better.

★DRAFTS/PROOFS
Please leave a note REQUESTING a DRAFT/PROOF if you prefer to see a preview. By default we do not produce drafts as we will produce the artwork, based on the details you supply, and ship it as soon as it is ready. We sometimes issue a draft however for approval if your details are not clear

★REVISIONS:
We will provide free revisions if we have made a mistake
Requests to revise drafts/proofs are on a discretionary basis and based on fair use and good faith, i.e. a minor change should be fine. Major changes will incur a revision fee.

★DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OPTION
You can get the digital version created on our 12"x16" (or A3 for Europe and International) template at 300DPI.

★PROCESSING TIME
Processing Time: Please allow 3 days for personalised prints/framed prints/canvas wraps to be created before shipping.
