International orders are shipped air mail or surface (depend on of shipping coast) and can take 4-6 weeks depending on a time of year. Without track number, if you want track information you can upgrade the shipping method.

Please do not forget that the photo can not always convey the real color of the product, but both the description and the photos are given as close to reality as possible. Complaints that the color of the product is slightly different from the actual product are not accepted as an excuse to return.

The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

Dear Overseas Costumers Canada Post does not provide guarantee on fragile items. I do everything possible to pack my items very good. But I can not follow how postal workers work, what they do with the boxes and how the customs of your country have a deal with the parcel. *In this regard, you accept the terms of my store, if you make an order.* The standard shipping its small package by air, without a track number, if you choose this option you take the risk that the parcel may be lost and I do not made a refund. You can choose an another type of delivery, which includes a track, so if the parcel will lost I'll make full refund, if the items were damaged I return only the cost of the item minus 10%, I do not return the shipping cost.

If the parcel is returned because of the incorrect address, or if the receiver refuses to accept the package, or parcels was unclaimed, I return only the cost of the items, the shipping cost is not returned, as well as payment for return mail services not refunded.

Canada Post does not cover for breakages of fragile items even if insurance is applied. So if item was broken, please send me a photos and i refund only items price, i will not refund shipping cost, because Canada Post doesn't covered me shipping cost

Refund with minimum issues

I sell vintage items, they have touch of time and trace of used, Items can have some crackle and crazing area, scratches. I try to describe as good as possible, but can skip or didn't notice small crackle, crazing area, so its not reason for return and refund. If you don't satisfied with the items you can return the items and i will refund the items cost, without shipping, when receive the parcel. PURCHASER PAYS THE RETURN SHIP COSTS WITH TRACKING.

Vintage dinner plate set of two made by Johnson Bros Queens Bouquet Old English.
A pair dinner plates decorated with lovely rope border,gold gilt around edges and purple orchids, iris and white lily in centre.
Both Cake plates are in good vintage condition, no chips, cracks or crazing, there are trace of used and gold worn out a little bit, look at all pictures, please.
