This hat features a simple stitch accentuated by using three coordinating yarns. The earflaps are added in the round and include straps. The design of the earflaps is uniquely mine. Great design for both boys and girls. Instructions for a three layer flower are included for making the girl's version. A funky button makes a lovely finish for little guys.

My pattern includes instructions for you to make FOUR sizes:
Young Baby 3 to 6 months 16"
Baby 6 to 12 months 17"
Toddler 1 to 2 years 18"
Kid 3 to 12 years 19"

All my patterns are written in American crochet terminology and in English. This pattern is rated Easy. It is not suitable for beginners due to the shaping of the earflaps. You will require worsted (US = Medium/4, UK = Aran, AUS = 10ply) weight yarn and crochet hooks 5.5mm and 5.0mm (US I and H).
