Thank you for your interest in my shop. Here is some information regarding my Word Clouds/Digital art. I know it’s long, but it’s detailed, and it should answer any questions you have about my items.

Custom Word Clouds/Digital Art – Digital Download Only

No physical items will be shipped. All designs are personalized after your order is paid. The samples I have listed are the examples used to demonstrate my work and help you make your decision about purchasing from my store. Any items you see in the sample photos (tshirts, mugs, totes, etc... are there for inspirational purposes only, to see how this item may look printed on a product).

How to Order

Purchase your preferred word cloud design. Work begins after payment. Drafts are usually sent within 1–2 business days. You cannot edit this file - I do all creation of word clouds with a word/phrase/name list provided by you with your order.

In “Note to Seller,” include:
- Main name or word
- Additional names/words/phrases/dates (one per line, with correct spelling and special characters if applicable). About 20–75 words recommended for this design. Please put each unique word on its own line, no commas, bullet points or other punctuation in between words.
- Colors - specify up to 7 colors for your word cloud that will be randomized throughout - hex codes preferred.
- Word importance/order (which should appear largest or most prominently).

You’ll receive up to 2 drafts: please give specific feedback after the first draft, and approve the second for final delivery. Most of my orders are approved after the first draft. I take pride in my quick turnarounds and creating drafts as close to the order request as possible.

Fonts will be the same font as used in the sample unless you request a specific font, which may increase customization cost (usually not, if I have it or something like it in my font library). If there is another listing in my shop using the font you would like me to use, please send me a link to that listing.

After the final high-resolution files are sent, changes require a new purchase.

File Details
- Standard final files: JPG is the standard format or PDF or PNG if requested.
- SVG available via request - sent through email (Etsy cannot attach SVG files).

Frame/print sizes: If you know your print size (e.g., 8x10), tell me during checkout so I can size it correctly. Otherwise, I send large high-res files that work for most prints and can be scaled down in printer settings.

Discounts
Only offered if all details are identical on the same design except the main focal word/name.

Uses
Word clouds are customizable for any occasion— teacher appreciation gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, weddings, memorials, fundraisers, décor, and more. Digital files can be printed on cardstock or used to make canvas art, pillows, mugs, shirts, phone cases, etc.

Shapes & Logos
Ask if you need a specific or custom shape. There may not be an additional charge unless it’s a unique logo I can’t reuse. I do not design logos; I create word clouds from existing ones.

Other Notes:
- Files are not editable.
- Designs are unique; word placement depends on text and fonts - I use software to create the word clouds, and the software places most of the words based on factors (size of words, space available, number of words).
- All images are copyrighted for personal use only—no sharing, selling, or redistribution. You may use my word cloud designs in items you sell; you cannot sell the designs themselves.

For Silhouette/Cricut type cutting projects - especially for the more complicated word clouds, weeding could be a nightmare. If you are an expert in these types of machines, you should use your own judgment on whether or not this could work for your project based on your experience.
