This is a PATTERN ONLY for a crochet shawl made with worsted weight (category 4, medium, aran) acrylic yarn and size H/8 (5 MM) hook. The finished measurements are about 77 inches wide and 28 inches long (not including fringe). The gauge in this pattern is not important, so you can work with the hook that is most comfortable for you. Also lighter yarns would work too.

The skill level is advanced beginner. Only basic stitches are used here, but there are a lot of rows to repeat for the pattern and you need to read each row very carefully.

The pattern is written in English, using the US crochet terminology.

Olga also made a Youtube video of her crocheting this scarf which was very helpful in following the written pattern. The pattern calls for fringes but I may leave it without fringes. I still need to sew up the lose ends, wash it and block it. Everybody loves it. I'm planning to make another one in a different color soon.
