How long does delivery take?

Most pieces leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order designs may take up to 10 business days to prepare. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Tracking will be available in your Etsy account. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs processing may add extra time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For returns, we refund the item price only. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded. For exchanges, we cover shipping of the replacement item. For US orders shipped DDP, customs duties and import taxes included in the order price are non-refundable. Duties or taxes may apply again to exchanges. Please message us before returning an item, and we’ll guide you through the process. Fabric cut to length, remnants, and samples are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

I received the duvet cover in a timely manner even when it came from an overseas address, the first thing I noticed was the craftsmanship it is high quality, the pillow cases are very nice and the fitment on a queen mattress is excellent. I like the ease in which the duvet can be put into the cover and the button finish adds an old style look. I would recommend this linen duvet cover to anyone in the market you will not be disappointed.
