My primary concern is that all items in the package arrive safely! I pack all items with lots of care and follow the recommendations of international shipping companies. I sometimes use recycled material, Please inform whether you'd like me to use new packaging material.

If an item has arrived damaged please let me know immediately, a replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. This is my way of ensuring your purchase. Please take some photos of the broken items and the parcel and send them to me.

I ordered 4 espresso mugs and love them. They are perfectly sized for double espressos or single lungos with added milk and sugar. The handles are just right ... very comfortable to hold. And they look great! Thank you .. four times over!
