If we already shipped your order:

Wrong Address - It's too late to change the address at that point,however If the package is returned to sender, we will reship it to the correct address you will provide.

Wrong Size - You can always send the package back to our studio and we will resize the item for you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to take photos of our gemstones, our studio is super busy creating and packaging customers orders and we just don't have the human resources to take photos or keep the stones aside while waiting for response, Sorry :)

14k Gold Filled - base metal is nickel-free brass,usually last for 1-3 years.

925 Sterling Silver - high quality silver, our recommendation is to buy a silver wipe and clean it every few months to renew it.

14k Gold Over Silver - base metal is 925 sterling silver and yellow gold filled on top , usually last for 2-4 years .

14 Rose Gold Filled - Base metal is nickel-free brass and bright pink on top, usually last 2-4 years .

Rhodium Over Silver - Thick layer of Rhodium over 925 sterling silver , usually last for 2-4 years and then you can stay with a beautiful sterling silver color.

14k yellow/white/rose gold - Real solid gold.
