On average, the processing time will be 1-3 days with most items going out in one day.

I do my best to describe each item in full detail and highlight any flaws as completely as possible. I want to make sure you understand fully the item you will be receiving. I will answer questions as quickly as possible. I will take additional photos if you need a different or better view of an item. If I have failed to describe an item completely I am happy to rectify this.

I don't know about you but I hate paying for shipping but I know that it's a part of doing business. I don't charge a handling fee as I also consider this to be a part of doing business. I will always do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring that your item arrives safely. I reuse boxes and am always on the hunt for low cost or free packing material. I will combine shipping on more than one item. Just convo me.

Since everything I buy comes from estate sales I have no way of knowing the condition or history of the homes that these items previously lived in. I have to believe that items that are very old at one time lived in a home with pets or smoke. I can say that if something has obvious damage from either pets or smoke I won't buy them.

Every book I send comes with a tracking number that is emailed to the buyer when the item is shipped. If an item is lost in transit, I will open a missing package case to track it down. If an item has been delivered and is missing, I cannot be responsible for that. I will not refund the item price or the shipping. The buyer always has the option of upgrading the shipping to add a signature confirmation.

If an item is returned because a wrong address is provided, I will not reship until the additional postage is paid for. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address. If the buyer doesn't want to pay for the additional shipping, I will refund the purchase price only and will deduct 20% for my trouble.
