We want to provide a seamless customer experience for everyone who visits our shop. We are always here to help and answer any questions you may have about our products, designs, ordering process, or help you select the best item for your event, favors or your gifts. We fill orders of all sizes from single items to very large shipments with no order minimums or extra fees. All of our items are designed in house and are handmade so you know you are receiving a very unique and special item.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Processing times vary for each individual type of item. See individual listing processing times under Item Details. **STANDARD USPS FIRST CLASS GROUND ESTIMATES (Once Shipped) • US - 3 to 6 Business • Canada - 7 to 10 Business Days • International Delivery - 2 to 4 Weeks *Please note, these ESTIMATED ship times from the US Postal Service and are meant as a guideline only. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your items destination. Once your item has shipped we cannot control how long the shipping times take. We do however provide you with a tracking number so you can check your items progress. Holidays may affect your shipping times so please place your order in advance.

PERSONALIZED ORDERS - MADE TO ORDER

Personalized Orders are the items that are pre-designed in our shop. Please provide your own personalized details exactly how you want it to appear on your item in the personalization section. Your item will look like the item in the listing other than the personal info that you have provided us with. You will not receive a proof/mockup unless you request it, since the info you provide us with is copied into design. Please double check your spelling, dates, grammar and details before submitting your order. If you're changing the font style, colors, design or placement please order the custom listing (shot glasses & ornaments) with the custom design changes you want. If custom is not listed leave us a note of your changes in your order.

FULLY CUSTOMIZED ITEMS - MADE TO ORDER

Fully Customized items are created just for you. If you have a photo, a logo, clip art, or a design idea then purchase a custom listing and give us the details of exactly what you want and we will design it for you. (Please no nudity, or anything illegal) If you want a certain color you can send us color code# or a photo of your flowers, decor, dress, pinterest pin (for inspiration) etc. We can color match with a photo example of the color. If you want a photo on your item send it through Etsy messaging after you have placed your order. If you don't see a custom listing with the item you want to customize please send us a message. You receive a total of 1-3 examples and 3 rounds. We usually get your design just right the first round.

PAYMENT - PROOF - MOCKUPS

We require payment in full before we get started on your design and your order. Due to the volume of orders during wedding season we do not provide proof or mockups for pre designed personalized items. We can only provide proof for custom designs. When ordering a custom design you receive 1-3 proofs or mockups at a time for your approval with a total of 3 rounds (this makes 9 variations). 95%-97% of our customers are 100% happy on the first round. There will be a $10.00 fee add on to go past the 3rd round and for each additional round thereafter. We have millions of designs for custom creations you just let us know what you want and we create it. Very rare occasions we will have to paint or draw for you and we may quote a design fee.

CANCELATION FOR - CUSTOM - PERSONALIZED - MADE TO ORDER

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not offer full refunds once the design process has begun. We do want all of our customers be happy so we will do whatever we can to make that happen. CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE AUTHORIZED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED IF we have not already started designing your order. If you decide to cancel your order after the the design process in underway, we are happy to offer you a partial refund of your order only if we have not already started printing or have not already purchased special supplies on your behalf to fill your order.

SPELLING ERRORS - INCORRECT DETAILS FOR PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

If for any reason you receive an item that does not reflect the information you have provided please take a photo and let us know and we will be happy to replace it immediately. This is an extremely rare occurrence, almost impossible but mistakes can happen and we are happy to correct any errors on our end right away. We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect dates provided to us. Please review and double check the information you provide in the personalization section before you submit your order. We copy your information exactly how you type it. If you notice you made a mistake please send us a message for a correction request right away (within 24hrs of purchase) so we can fix it before we print.

TRACKING - PACKAGING - DAMAGED GOODS

We always use tracking to make sure your item actually arrives. You can track your order through your Etsy profile. We take special care to wrap your items in special packaging (bubble wrap, crinkle paper, styrofoam, stay flat mailers,etc) but we do understand that things can happen while in transit. If your item arrives damaged please let us know and send us a photo and we will replace the damaged item immediately. For large quantities and bulk orders insurance may be included in your shipping quote. If you decide not to use the insurance we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY - BULK ORDERS

If you have a large order for a special event such as a wedding or party please place your order ahead of time. If we do not have enough blanks or supplies on hand we will special order them which can take up to 1-3 wks depending on the item. We also need time to design, print and package your order, as well as ship your order to your destination. Please order in advance and we will do our best to make the whole process stress free. We can tell you an approximate estimate beforehand. We weigh your order after packaging and find the best shipping method and quote available.
