Can I get combined shipping?

Yes you can. On some listings I use etsy to figure shipping. If shipping seems high - please contact me before you purchase and I will see what I can do.

How do you send over personalization.

At checkout there should be a message box to input your printing information. Each listing will have specific instructions on what "wording" can be personalized. To keep costs down we do use templates. If you want to change the overall design... let us know and we will give you a custom quote.

I want to send over my child's name in his/her handwriting... how do I do it?

Easiest way is to click on the "Request a Custom Order" button (just above the description). If you're computer savy you can scan your child's name in his/her handwriting and send it to me in a .jpg format. You can opt to snail me a copy also if you want to. Once I get the .jpg file - I will need to revise the artwork to size and line thickness for engraving. Your child's handwriting will not be changed.

Care information for glassware.

Etched glassware (non painted) is safe for dishwashing. Etched glassware that has been painted - we use a heat treated paint designed for dishwasher use but we still recommend hand washing.

Care information for Acrylic glassware.

Acrylic glassware that we sell is made by the Merritt Industries. The accented colors they use to make these are absolutely astounding. Each listing will note their "Care Information" but in general - they are not dishwasher safe or microwaved safe. Handwashing is strongly recommended. We do not paint the etchings on these products.

Perfect trowel for our Archeology graduate! Beautifully inscribed and our daughter loved the presentation display. Dana was extremely helpful with options to include our long personalization, and we couldn't believe how quickly it arrived after we decided.
