Sarah was absolutely lovely to work with! I reached out and she took my order at a time she was not currently taking more for these plushes. I had suddenly lost my dog to cancer and How to Train Your Dragon was something we always watched together. Toothless and Hiccup's bond was like our relationship, to me. Sarah was so understanding and compassionate and wonderful with communication and updates. The quality of the plush is amazing and the care and customization she puts into each and every one is of the highest caliber. I would 100% recommend this to anyone with their eye on it! It is worth it 100x over!!!

This is such a detailed and soft plush. The eyes are super detailed, which I really like. The dragon I ordered is heavy and firm, adding a lot of realism to it. Shipping was delayed but it arrived with little issues. Sarah was lovely to work with and patient with the changes I made.
