The graphics are great but, it’s not what was expected. They are not downloadable files that Transfer directly into AI or Photoshop. Meaning you can’t pull it up as a font and just type what you want. You must download the file open it and then cut and paste each individual letter into whatever project you’re creating. The seller was not the nicest. I didn’t necessarily want a refund but I had high expectations of someone who was pleasant to speak with.

The description is clear that the files are png font graphic files, not typable font files. Buyer didn’t inform me she misunderstood what type of file she purchased when she asked for a refund, but instead complained about having to do extra work to cut out the letters from the graphic sheet. I plainly explained my reasons for my no-refund policy & apologized. I’m sorry for not coming across nicer.
