- We are committed to selling diamonds ethically and with integrity. Our diamonds suppliers follow Kimberley Process to ensure the diamonds are conflict-free.

- Pave set diamonds need diligent care. They are held in with small prongs and can be bent by collision with hard surface. The multitude of small gems has more crevices and need more frequent cleanings with a soft brush.

♦ Good to Know Before Purchasing ♦

- Shipping - All items are made to order. It takes about 3 -4 weeks to make it from scratch and 3-7 business days to deliver via USPS Priority mail. If you need rush order, please contact us, we will try our best to accommodate.

- Rush Order: We offer rush order service, it takes about 7-10 business days to finish the ring (not include weekend) and 3-5 business days for arrival, if you are hurry to get it, please kindly contact me.

-Payment Plan: We offer payment plan, you can pay weekly or monthly, we will keep your rings as long as 100 days. The item will be started to make once the first payment is received. For any reason the payment is not paid in full, the shop will keep first payment as a re-stock fee and handcraft fee, others will be refunded immediately.

Return policy: We offer 30 days return policy, if there has any problems on quality within 30 days, we are willing to fix it or make a new one for you to exchange, of course, it is available to return it for a full refund.
However, if there has personal reasons by return (no quality's problems on item), handcraft fee ,restocking fee and shipping fee are required, they will be cut from your original payment, others will be refunded once the return is received.

Shipping: The item comes with a ring box, and is shipped by DHL or USPS normally, if you have any requests on the shipping, please let me know.

Engraving: it is available, we can engrave for you without any charge (Up To 10 Letters). But since the engraving ring is custom made only for you, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, thanks for your understanding.

Custom Order: We are glad to make custom rings for you, we will create a new listing for you to place custom order after all confirmations, and once the order is received, 3D rendering will be made for you to confirm before making the actual ring. But the custom ring is made only for you, it can't be accepted to return, if there has any quality problems within 30 days, we will fix it for you.
