★ Custom orders are always welcome here at MSPCB! Don't see what you are looking for or want to make a change to an item already available in the shop? Adding that personal touch to your item makes it even that more special & it warms my heart when I can make someone's vision come to fruition.

★ Most designs/items available have the option to add a name to them. You will see this option available in the drop down selection menu's on the listing. If you do not see the option please message me. Some designs are too large to allow the addition of a name, but adjustments can sometimes be made.

In most cases yes, I can accommodate delivery by a certain date, but I ask that you please contact me so I may check shipping times and confirm that I can make delivery happen by the date you needing your order by. Sometimes an upgraded shipping option is required to make sure your order will arrive on time.

This information is available in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. You can look under "Purchases" on your account to see when your item will be shipping or you can refer the processing time on the "Shipping & Policies" tab of the specific item to see how long processing is going to be.

I am happy to assist in locating your package & will do everything possible to help resolve any shipping issues. I would first suggest looking at the tracking. This was sent to the email you have on file with ETSY or you can locate it on your ETSY account under "Purchases". You can also call or visit your local post office that delivers to you & they can look up the package details for you. Any delays, damages or issues that arise with the package while in USPS possession need to be addressed with USPS directly. www.USPS.com

**Please note that due to COVID-19 & Extreme weather shipping delays may still occur with shipping carriers. There is no way for me to know when a delay will occur & I have no control over delays **

I do my best to answer messages as soon as possible, but please note my hours of operation of are M-F★9am-5pm PST★. I'm not limited to those hours & can respond outside of them, so if you send a msg at 4:49pm PST I might not respond until the next business day., but sometimes it can take up to ★24-48hrs★ or longer if a weekend for me to respond.

★Please keep in mind that I receive several messages a day as well as process & ship several orders a day & processing/shipping current pending orders takes first priority over messages so they are shipped on time.

★Also please note that every time a new message is sent on the same thread your message is bumped farther in the line, so that will also delay any responses to your questions.

I generally DO NOT accept cancellations since orders can start processing as soon as they are received depending on the item & current order volume. If you need to make a change or if there is a concern regarding shipping times, please message me & I will assist in any way I can.

I DO NOT accept cancellations on orders for buyer's remorse. This includes not making sure what you have purchased is what you wanted, not wanting the item anymore, found something else or it not arriving in time for your occasion due to not reading the ★PROCESSING & SHIPPING★ time of the listing,etc.. If you have any questions about what you are purchasing, I am always happy to answer any you may have.

I want every buyer to be happy with their experience with MSPCB. Sometimes things come up & if an issue arises, please msg me so I may have the opportunity to address & resolve it. If an error has been made by MSPCB (sometimes things happen) I am happy to correct the mistake or exchange it.

★There are no returns for selecting the wrong SIZE or COLOR (Colors may show different due to screen settings), not wanting the item or changing your mind due to finding something elsewhere. An exchange may be possible, so please msg me if you need assistance.

⭐️CUSTOM MADE ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE⭐️ This is not limited to custom listings made with multiple items, changing colors or elements of a design, or adding a name to the design.

In regards to COVID-19 here at MSPCB I am closely following the guidance from the CDC & local health authorities to best keep in accordance with their recommendations. Currently everyone in my home is safe, healthy & have not contracted COVID-19. I will continue to process orders as noted on the listing & ship with the method selected at checkout.
