That velvet looks smooth, you can do that with steam machine.

❖ SATIN CLOTHES:
It's possible to wash satin in a washing machine on the gentle cycle, using a liquid detergent and low temperature.
Can be dried in the dryer. If you take it out of the dryer immediately after drying, you will not need to iron the garment.
IRONING: Steam iron if necessary.
Using an iron, always do it on the wrong side of the fabric.

All our items which were made by your measurements are custom made and that’s why they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Right away after order, each customer receive automatic message from Etsy, asking to check the size you picked.
Please be advised, each brand has their own size chart, same as we are. There is no standard size chart exist.

❖ ALTERATION:
Any customization is possible - just feel free to contact with us about this.
We will try to do all to sewing perfect dress for you, but due to custom online order be ready for some local ALTERATIONS when you receive your dress. You can always get altered it by your local seamstress, if that will be needed - plan your budget according to this please.
❖ Sometimes the length of the skirt can be a little longer, it just so happens. It is better to get a slightly longer than shorter ;)
❖ As the garments are made only by your given measurements, we can't accept the RETURNS. We all have different body types and that garment won't find it's person.

This dress was my best buy in the last two years!!! The quality of the Velvet is amazing and the color is even better than it looks in the Photos (I ordered my dress in Burgundy). I ordered a Small EU size 36 instead of going for a custom made dress and it fits as if the dress is a part of me. The only thing I asked for is that the sleeves are made a little bit longer, and just like with the rest of the dress, this turned out even more perfect than I imagined. Truly amazing work by Vale!!!!!

Not the best photo of the dresses but it’s all I have. Either way the dresses were BEAUTIFUL! My girls all loved theirs. They were perfectly custom made to their specifications as well. The shops customer service was IMPECCABLE. I was very worried because I had a pregnant bridesmaid and the shop owner did everything she could to ensure each of my girls, even the pregnant one had a dress that fit them. Lastly, I was worried about the length of shipping. It said the dresses would arrive to late but one they shipped they arrived within a week. If there are any questions I recommend messaging the shop owner. She is very prompt with response, understanding to individual situations and willing to work with you. 100% recommend!

I'm in love with my dress! The quality of the velvet is wonderful and the color is beautiful. A few of the measurements are a bit tight and I plan to have it altered just a tiny bit. But I'm really impressed with what she was able to create from my hasty unknowledgeable measurements. Vale was very responsive and easy to work with and even made a matching bowtie for me. I would absolutely purchase another dress from her if needed. Will update with photos after they're taken.
