Where do I place the personalization notes for my order

Link removal requires specific tools and is also better sized in person. We recommend carrying the watch to a local jeweler to get the watch properly resized.

Yes, we do. Just $15 for two extra links!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every item comes into a cardboard gift box. We do not offer gift wrapping services at this moment.

What is the difference between the shipping time listed in the listing and the shipping upgrades available in the cart that I can choose at checkout?

The shipping time in the listing is our shop’s processing time. The processing time is the time it takes us to set up, engrave, package, and otherwise get your custom made item ready to send out the door. It cannot be changed by the shipping you choose at checkout. Shipping time is the time it takes your item to reach its destination once it leaves our shop. This is the shipping time chosen by you and can be upgraded at checkout. Example: Choosing Priority 1-3 days shipping at checkout would be upgraded shipping and means that your item should be delivered within 1-3 days after we have processed your order and once it leaves our shop. It does not mean that you will receive your item within 1-3 days from the time you placed your order.
