Do I offer Wholesale or Bulk Quantity Discounts on my Wooden Pieces?

Order Minimums: Depending on item wholesale orders typically start at 50 pieces / $150 order minimum Discounts: I offer bulk pricing based on quantities ordered. The more you order, the better the pricing per piece. Customization: Many items can be customized (unfinished, cut to size, custom image on wine stoppers) depending on your needs. Turnaround Time: Most wholesale orders ship within 2-5 days, but I’ll provide an exact timeline based on your order size. Shipping: I ship USPS, Fedex and UPS with tracking, and I’m happy to quote shipping costs before you place your order. If you let me know what items and quantities you’re most interested in, I can put together a custom wholesale quote for you along with shipping cost.

Do I Combined Shipping? Shipping seems high.

If you feel like shipping is high, please contact me with your zip code so I can look into the best possible shipping options for you. Please keep in mind shipping is based on the size of the box plus the weight along with where you are located.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! Communication is KEY!

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Since every HobKnobin piece is handmade and customized just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds. But don’t worry—your order is automatically insured up to $100 through USPS. If something arrives damaged, you can easily file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and they’ll send payment once it’s approved. To help with your claim (these are USPS rules) -take clear photos of the item and packaging and hold onto the box until USPS gives next steps. If you’d like extra coverage beyond $100, just message me before checkout. Please report any damages to us within 48 hours so we can guide you through the process quickly.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-5 business days. If you need it SOONER, please contact me to discuss faster shipping options or a rush order turnaround fee.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

HobKnobin is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. I will be happy to help reach out to my contact with USPS and send you any updated information they provide.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference? Are additional discounts offered on Wholesale, Bulk or Custom Items?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. Its important to know NO coupon codes or discounts can be applied to bulk, wholesale or custom items even if my shop is running a sale at that time.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment and no refund will be offered. Please always double check your shipping address to avoid any delays or returns.

Why am I receiving a message for additional shipping due after my purchase has been made?

I do my best to keep shipping rates accurate, but because my products are made from natural wood (weights can vary) and shipping multiple items together can be tricky, there are rare cases where the actual shipping cost is higher than Etsy’s estimate. If that happens, I’ll message you with a screenshot of the exact charge and provide a secure invoice link for the difference. This rarely affects U.S. orders but is more common with international shipments. You’re always welcome to contact me before purchasing to confirm shipping rates.
