Keep in mind, personalized and/or custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is damage to the product.

Each arrangement is unique and one of a kind. Measurements are approximate. Don't hesitate to contact us for more details about any product that you are interested in.

Our wreaths are made with the intention of being on a front door. Keep in mind that direct sunlight and weather elements like rain and snow will fade the colors of flowers and ribbon over time.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. We will remedy the problem or further assist you with the return process. Once arrangements are made to return an item, please do so within 7 days of original delivery date. Ship it in the original box to the return address shown. Once the package is received, I will refund your original payment minus shipping charges. If you received "free shipping" on your order, shipping charges of $29.99will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Exception: Custom and holiday wreaths (Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas) are nonrefundable.

If your wreath is damaged during shipping, please notify me immediately upon receipt so I can address the situation.

We ship USPS and Fed Ex.
We do package our items appropriately, however I cannot be held responsible for damage during transit.


We do make errors on occasions, please contact us if you see one and we will get it taken care of.
