As most items are made to order, it is possible to mix and match charms as well. Custom orders are always welcome!

Orders marked as a gift will arrive with a gift receipt. Gift receipts do not show any prices or payment information. They also do not include any buyer details.

All necklaces and bracelets arrive in gift boxes. You do not need to request one.

There is an option at checkout to request a "free gift message." This is in Etsy's gift message format. It does NOT support the use of emojis. Messages are printed as entered. Peridot RISING does not edit your message. Please remember to sign your name (s) so your recipient knows who sent it!! PLEASE only leave gift messages in the gift message box. Messages left in the *note to PeridotRISING" box may not be included.

The best way to care for all jewelry is to remove it before swimming, showering, sweating, or sleeping (the four S's). Keeping jewelry sealed when not being worn will prolong its sparkle.

The default size for bangles is 60mm in diameter. They fit a 7.5 inch wrist, and the width of the bangles is 2 1/4 inch. This is also the default size for the big brand bangles that you will find in many brick and mortar stores.

I do carry a limited stock of both smaller and larger bangles, that will fit from a 6.6 inch circumference to an 8 inch circumference. If you need a different size, please message me for availability.

Please note that not all charms can be swapped for an even substitution and the miniature heart charms cannot be substituted for any other charm.

PLEASE do not leave requests for substitutions or additional charms to be added in the "note to seller" box, as a request without purchase of the additional charm will delay the processing of your order; If you do not see a listing for what you are looking for, just send me an Etsy convo and I can set up a custom listing just for you.

I do not have engraving equipment. All personalizations are done with metal stamps by hand stamping. Stamping leaves an impression on the back of the charm, so I cannot stamp on two sides, and designed charms cannot be stamped on (only designated pieces).

An alternative option is to add an additional charm to the item. This option is dependent on the length of the personalization. Feel free to message me for the options (I will need to know the phrase/name so that I can offer you the best options for your needs).

The "SHIP BY" date is the date that your item will be taken to the post office.

The "DELIVERY" date is the date that the item is expected to arrive to you by.
