Terms and Conditions and Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to return the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, the tracking and delivery dates of the courier are valid.

All products sold by Luigi Bollini are artisanal, handmade and shipped with the utmost care.
We therefore kindly ask that the returned products are shipped as they were received.

The goods must be returned "as new", not used, not stained, not scratched.
Used bags or accessories will not be refunded.
The goods must be returned in the box in which they were received together with all the accessories.
The goods returned in postal envelopes, even if padded, will not be taken back or refunded.

If the returned goods do not comply with the above conditions, they will not be refunded , and will remain at the buyer's disposal to be sent back, if desired, at the buyer's expense

Important:
Send the goods as a gift or sample, without attaching the purchase invoice, because in the presence of invoices the Customs would charge import taxes, which are not refundable.

Once received in return and verified that all the above conditions of "return & refund" have been respected, the order will be fully and immediately refunded.
