What if my purchase arrives damaged?

Don't worry we will work with you to make it right! Even if that includes a full refund for an item damaged in the delivery process. We will ask: If your item(s) is damaged during shipping that you take pictures of the item(s) and contact us immediately. We will file the claim. We may ask you to take the damaged item(s) in the original shipping package with all packing materials to a local post office. So please hold on to everything until we tell you otherwise. We will refund the purchase and shipping costs. Thank you!

About flaws and age related damage?

The items we offer are vintage. We will inspect and note any abnormalities. Flaws are defects, visible marks or inclusions made during manufacturing that should be included in the description. Flaws do not always affect value, but may depending on visibility and severity. A few seed bubbles in a glass stem will most likely not affect value. Seed bubbles throughout the whole piece may affect the value. The presence of kiln marks on some pottery is common and not generally considered a flaw, but should be described. Blue Ridge Pottery, for example, is well known for glaze pops. Damage is made from use, handling, cleaning or storage. Damage includes nicks, cracks, scratches, paint wear and crazing and will most often affect value.

Vintage 1960's heavy glass ice bucket, diamond-cut pattern. It is missing the bamboo handle. Price has been adjusted. Starburst design on the bottom half of the piece. No makers mark on bottom. Perfect condition. No chips, scratches, cracks or repairs. Groovy addition to your retro bar set up. Use it to serve ice or as a wine bottle cooler.
