Upon receiving my order, I feel many mixed emotions. I ordered my dress on September 3rd 2023 and did not receive it until this January. I was told that my order would take a few weeks to make and then an additional 5-8 weeks to arrive after shipping as I am located in the US. My problems is not that it took a long time for the dress to arrive, but rather that I was the one who had to reach out about the issue. When I asked for an update, it was implied that there was an issue with the supplier and that they had not received the needed fabric yet. Of course, a supplier issue is not the fault of the business. But I had hoped that in that case, once they learned about the delay, they themselves would reach out rather than leaving me in the dark. I did later ask for further clarification which was not acknowledged until much later

The dress is very beautiful and comfortable. However I was just not at all pleased with the customer service. I kept getting told it would ship on a day, and then nothing. So I’d ask, and same thing. Which is FINE.. However, I reached out for a quick final update and instead of replying to me they just sent a shipping notice. Which…. Come on… proper communication, please. That doesn’t come off well. I definitely didn’t get the dress in time for the purpose that I bought it, but I’ll have another purpose for it later.

The article is beautiful! The delivery was very long but surely due to postal delays ... therefore beyond the power of the seller

Dress fit perfectly, the shade of red is stunning. It did take me a hot minute to receive the item but luckily the shop was able to communicate with me. 10/10 would recommend.
